Oyster Ball - 2019

Blue Point Brewing has been committed to the water preservation cause for a long time, and to take our commitment to the next level, we decided to hold our own oyster festival. In order to make it original and lean into our demographic, we blended the beer festival and oyster festival lifestyles.

With unlimited beer and oysters, accompanied by live music, it was the talk of the oyster scene. The Blue Point Oyster Ball was sold out and had attendees and vendors wishing for the next one. In total, we had 1.500 people who consumed over 20,000 oysters and 8,000 beers. It raised the bar for what an oyster festival on Long Island needs to be.
